• تعداد صفحات مجاز برای نگارش مقاله، نهایتا ۱۲ صفحه در قالب تعیین شده است.
• هر نویسنده می‌تواند چند مقاله ارسال نماید.
• تمامی آثار باید دارای اصالت پژوهشی باشند. در صورتی که سرقت علمی برای هریک از مقالات محرز شود، نویسندگان آن مقاله امکان ارسال هیچ مقاله‌ای نخواهند داشت.

ارائه، نمایه‌سازی و جوایز
